What Size Stud Bar Fits My Ceiling Height?
- Standard Stud Bar: Best for 8 ft ceilings (most home gyms and garages).
- Tall Stud Bar: Designed for 9–10 ft ceilings, giving you extra clearance for full pull-ups or kipping.
- XL Stud Bar: Perfect for 11–12 ft ceilings or commercial-style gym setups.
Is Hardware Included?
Yes, all mounting hardware for wood studs is included. If you are mounting into metal studs, we offer a metal stud hardware kit (sold separately).
What Makes the Stud Bar Different From a Doorway Pull-Up Bar?
Unlike flimsy doorway bars, the Stud Bar is made from heavy-duty 14-gauge steel, supports up to 600 lb, and mounts securely into studs. It’s safe for kipping, rings, and band work—things doorway bars can’t handle.
Can I Mount It On a Wall Instead of the Ceiling?
Yes. The Stud Bar can be installed on either ceiling or wall studs. Installation instructions are included for both setups.
